Dole Account

Will and Andie Dole moved to Remsen, Iowa, in 2019 to plant Remsen Bible Fellowship. At the time, Will was working full-time for the United States Postal Service. In 2021, the Doles joined RHMA, and Will stepped away from the USPS to focus fully on ministry. The following year, in an effort to build deeper connections in the community and establish a long-term presence in town, they opened Fat Annie’s Coffee Stop in Remsen.

Since planting the church and launching the coffee shop, Will and Andie have been actively investing in the broader community—serving on local boards, volunteering in youth sports, and engaging with the business community. As parents of four children, much of their ministry centers on hospitality and discipling families.

Their ministry goals include reaching the unchurched in the area, developing leadership within the congregation, and training church planters and pastors to serve in other rural contexts.
