Brensinger Account
John and Emily Brensinger are serving in their home state of Wisconsin, in the unique town of Crandon, near Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. The community is made up of three distinct groups: the “Kentucks” (descendants of families who migrated from Kentucky around 1900), and two Native American reservations—the Forest County Potawatomi (FCP) and the Sokaogon Chippewa Community (SCC).
John and Emily are in the process of planting Grace Life Bible Fellowship, Inc. Both are certified biblical counselors, and counseling plays a vital role in their church plant. John is also involved in jail ministry and serves as chaplain for the local American Legion Post. They joined RHMA in November 2024, and their sending church is Northland Bible Church.
The Brensingers have four adult children and six grandchildren. Together, they enjoy hiking, biking, eating out, heading “Up North,” and spending quality time with family.
They deeply value your prayers. If the Lord leads you to be part of their support team, they would be honored to have you join them in this ministry to the unreached people groups of Wisconsin.
